Details: The Digital Technologies curriculum is much more than teaching kids to “code”. It’s about developing a generation of students who can solve problems and create solutions!
Maker projects are perfect for inspiring students to explore their passions, while addressing the Digital Technologies curriculum. In this workshop, we look at “Makerspace” approaches and how you can unleash students’ creativity and problem-solving skills through the creation of Maker projects.
We will show examples of projects for different age groups (with and without technology), as well as resources that can guide development processes. LittleBits and Makey Makey available to try and participants will have opportunities to explore and discuss ideas.
