The latest on ACEC2012: ITS Time on 2-5 Oct 2012, Perth

It’s on again, ACCE’s biennial ICT conference – ACEC2012: ITS Time, Perth – hosted by the Educational Computing Association of Western Australia. The conference team has been very busy putting together a wonderful program for you, with pre conference tours, conference dinner, the Twenty:20 Challenge, Welcome Reception. We also hear that a Choc n Wine tour will be scheduled and that ACCE will be celebrating 25 years!

Conference Dinner
The ACEC2012 Conference Dinner will be at the State Reception Centre in Kings Park on Thu 4 Oct . This was the venue for the Leader’s Retreat – CHOGM 2011! Get your tickets here!

This year will have ACEC2012 Unplugged, where you can listen to the lead up to ACEC2012. The link will be posted on the ACEC2012 and ICTEV websites at the end of each week.

Conference Theme

The conference theme is ITS Time: Information Technology in Schools Time. The conference will examine the diverse ways that ICT can maximise each student’s potential through their personal learning styles. It will investigate how ICT can allow all people including those with diverse skills and thinking strategies become lifelong creative learners. We aim to include a broad range of contributions to make ACEC2012 in Perth a conference to remember.
