Description: Photography is a Life Skill! We all have friends and family, go places and see or do things which we may want to record. Most photos can be improved significantly by applying a few simple but not always obvious ideas. It’s your life story so why not make it as visually appealing as possible – gather new ideas before a long break? And while this workshop aims to develop your personal satisfaction, the skills learned will also be very useful professionally.
The workshop will include tips and tricks for:
- improving composition
- exposure in different lighting conditions including at night
- taking portraits, groups and candids
- landscapes, close-ups and other subjects
- improving the look of images with basic editing
- using photography for teaching and learning
- teaching yourself – getting inspiration and resources.
Bring a camera as there will be plenty of opportunities to practice what you learn.
