Session 4: Ideas for teaching the Major Project

This two-part session is part of the EdTechSA Professional Learning Day, Inspire Connect Engage.  You are able to attend other sessions as well as the SACE workshop.  You will see more information when you register.

The SACE IT sessions are designed to help teachers understand the requirements and performance standards of the Major Project.  Experienced practitioners will discuss, give examples of the deferent sections of the Software Development Life Cycle (Problem Definition, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Validation and Evaluation) and various teaching methodologies. Participants will engage in some bench marking practices to help develop a better understanding of the performance standards.
