Where’s my Wearables?

Ever wondered how those smartwatches work? This workshop gets you started with a pretty inexpensive but powerful piece of tech. BBC:Microbits are free to borrow from the CSER lending library and this workshop gets you started with counting steps and engaging kids in creating with code. All BBC:Microbits will be provided for participants to use during the workshop. However, an internet enabled laptop is required. Limited equipment will be available to borrow for those who don’t have access to laptops or Internet. This workshop is provided free by the Computer Science Education Research MOOC team in partnership with EdTechSA
